8. Request Procedure
A requester requiring access to records held by Vestara (Pty) Ltd must submit a written request using the prescribed PAIA request form (Form C).
Requests must be submitted to the Information Officer via email or physical delivery.
The requester must:
- Provide sufficient detail to enable identification of the record
- Indicate the form of access required
- Identify the right being exercised or protected
